Mr Heng Swee Keat is Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic Policies. He is also Member of Parliament for East Coast GRC.

Mr Heng chairs the tripartite Future Economy Council which oversees the on-going restructuring of our economy, through upgrading the skills of our workers and transformation of industry, to create better career prospects for our people. He leads a team to oversee the design and implementation of national strategies in areas such as skills and capabilities development, innovation and productivity as well as the internationalisation of our companies.

He is also the Chairman of the National Research Foundation, which sets the direction for Singapore's research, innovation and enterprise (RIE) strategies. Mr Heng is overseeing the closer integration of our RIE and industry transformation efforts.

Mr Heng served as Minister for Education from 2011 to 2015. He also led the year-long Our Singapore Conversation from 2012 that helped to engage more than 47,000 Singaporeans from all walks of life through dialogues.

He also served as Minister for Finance from 2015 to 2021, overseeing ten national Budgets including an unprecedented five Budgets to support Singaporeans and businesses through the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.

Before entering politics in May 2011, Mr Heng was the Managing Director of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. He also served as Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, as well as CEO of the then-Trade Development Board. Between 1997 and 2000, he was Principal Private Secretary to then-Senior Minister Lee Kuan Yew. In 2001, Mr Heng was awarded the Gold Medal in Public Administration, and the Meritorious Service Medal in 2010 for his contribution to the public service in Singapore. Mr Heng also received the NTUC Medal of Honour in 2021 for his contribution to the labour movement.

Mr Heng has an MA in Economics from Cambridge University. He also holds a Master in Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.

Sherie Ng is the Country Director of Google Cloud’s business in Singapore. She is responsible for leading revenue and go-to-market strategy and operations for Google Cloud, and working with teams across Google to help customers in all industries reimagine their business through data-powered innovation.

Sherie joined Google Cloud from Microsoft, where she was General Manager, Public Sector, Asia Pacific. During her time with the company, she spearheaded business engagements and partnerships with public sector institutions – government agencies, state-owned enterprises, and healthcare and education institutions. In addition, Sherie championed social impact programs around bridging the digital skills gap, enhancing countrywide capabilities in digital transformation and AI, and advancing sustainability goals.

In her 25 year-long career in technology leadership, Sherie has also served as Managing Director, Southeast Asia, NICE Systems, and held management roles with Invensys Operations Management, Singtel, Comverse Technologies, CSG Systems and Lucent Technologies.

Sherie holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, and she also successfully completed the MIT Sloan Executive Education program in Digital Business Strategy and the INSEAD Global CEO program in International Business.

Ting Liu joined Google in 2006. Ting is leading Vertex AI and Vision, Natural language, Translation APIs.

Presently Ting is leading the development of Google Cloud Generative AI Platforms ( i.e. PaLM APIs for enterprise), where her team builds SOTA foundation models and toolings with enterprise quality and security features that enable customers to build applications.

Before Cloud AI, Ting worked on Google Ads between 2006 and 2019. Ting led multiple Google Display Ads products and Gmail Ads to $XB business, and was a founding member of Google Discovery Ads.

Ting holds a PhD in machine learning at Carnegie Mellon University in 2006.

Mr Chan Cheow Hoe is the Government Chief Digital Technology Officer (GCDTO) of the Smart Nation and Digital Government Office (SNDGO). He is also concurrently the Senior Advisor of the Economic Development Board.

As the GCDTO, Cheow Hoe oversees the development of the Government’s digital infrastructure and digital technology capability, as well as talent development in information and communication technology and smart systems (ICT&SS). He also oversees the development of platforms to enable resource sharing and interoperability across Government, so as to drive the development and delivery of innovative government digital services for citizens and businesses.

In his role as Senior Advisor to EDB, he will partner the leadership team to shape the long-term vision for innovation in Singapore’s digital industry, and aid in the development of strategies to fulfill that vision. He will also be involved in engaging and building local companies as well as anchoring new technology companies in Singapore.

Cheow Hoe has more than two decades of extensive experience both in the public and private sectors, with a strong track record in leading digital transformation changes in organizations and the government.

Prior to joining GovTech, Cheow Hoe held senior appointments in international banks and consulting companies in the areas of technology, operations, finance and business.

Cheow Hoe graduated from the National University of Singapore, and obtained his masters from Wharton School.

Eileen Chua is the Managing Director for SAP Singapore and a member of the Senior Executive Team for SAP Southeast Asia (SEA). Building on the 30-year establishment of SAP in Singapore, she is responsible for all activities spanning sales and operations, as well as SAP's expansion and growth in Singapore. Eileen has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry across software, cloud and professional services.

In her prior role, Eileen was the Director of Key Accounts for SAP Singapore where she supported Large Enterprises and MNCs headquartered here. She started her career at SAP in 2011 and was responsible for clients' success in a variety of industries including Financial Services, Energy and Resources and Logistics. Before joining SAP, she worked for Hewlett Packard for more than a decade, driving customer success in various Sales, Marketing and Public Relations roles.

Eileen is highly passionate about technology, and takes an active role in advancing the local technology sector. She volunteers her time on the SG Tech Council and is co-op exco member of SGTech Smart Nation Chapter. She also serves as a Board Member of the Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce to foster knowledge transfers and cross-industry collaborations between organisations. Eileen is a firm believer of nurturing young talents, and is a strong advocate of creating opportunities for women to advance their careers and take on leadership positions in the technology sector, in line with SAP’s commitment towards gender equality. She has been recognised in the ‘2021 Singapore 100 Women in Tech’ list by the Singapore Computer Society and Infocomm Media Development Authority for significant contributions to the tech industry.

Under her leadership, SAP Singapore was also awarded the Tripartite Alliance Award 2021 for implementing fair, responsible and progressive employment practices and work-life excellence. Eileen resides in Singapore with her husband and three daughters. She holds a Master of Science degree from Middlesex University in the UK and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Queensland University of Technology.

Vincent is the Assistant Managing Director for the Technology Group at MAS, and is responsible for Technology (CIO functions), Data (CDO functions), Digitalisation, Cybersecurity and Technology Regulations. Previously, Vincent was the Financial Services Leader for Accenture, Singapore. He advised global organizations and governments on strategizing and managing innovation, disruption and digitalisation.

In PwC, Vincent led the APAC Financial Crime and Cyber practice. Additionally, he was also the Singapore Financial Service Risk Assurance and Data Analytics leader. Vincent, trained as an accountant, was made partner in PwC UK, where he spent more than 20 years, and led the UK Financial Services Technology Risk practice. He advised the board and management of many complex global financial services clients on both business and IT operations, risks, cyber resilience, and governance in response to technological, business, regulatory and organisational changes. During his time in the UK and US, Vincent has led major high-profile financial industry reviews, investigation and remediation of systemic technology incidents/failures and implementation of various industry leading initiatives.

As a leading industry subject matter expert and thought leader, Vincent has been interviewed, presented, and wrote on thought leadership for many international media. In Singapore, Vincent advised boards of major international companies including government-linked organisations etc. Vincent also led major growth studies for the Singapore government covering various areas including cybersecurity.

Vincent sits on NUS School of Computing Industry Advisory Board, NUS Business School Accounting Advisory Board, and was a sub committee member for Committee for Future Economy of Singapore. Vincent also sits as an independent board director at Integrated Health Information Systems in Singapore.

Abhishek is the Global Head of Enterprise Business at FlutterFlow. He oversees enterprise sales and marketing, solution engineering, and other enterprise go-to-market functions. Previously, he worked at Google Cloud as a Customer & Partner Engineering Lead for Business Applications Platform, where he focused on promoting, adopting, and growing Google's API Management offerings. Before Google, Abhishek led enterprise solution consulting teams at Oracle, NetApp and Sun Microsystems. Abhishek holds an engineering degree in computer science from SASTRA University, India, and a master's degree in management from IIM Ahmedabad, India.

A passionate architect and product manager, Bing Wan started his career as a software developer focusing on both banking and shipping domains. He developed a passion in IT infrastructure, security and operations, which guided his subsequent work as an infrastructure architect even as the landscape shifted from on-premise/physical, virtualisation to cloud.

His most recent role as Director (Government Commercial Cloud) further honed his skills in enabling fellow professionals to re-factor systems, IT operating model and culture to Commercial Cloud.

His current interest and focus area is on cloud automation/software defined infrastructure setup and operations strategy across Singapore’s whole-of-government.

Eugene has strong roots in engineering, cybersecurity, and research, with more than 15 years of experience in assembling and leading top R&D teams on a global scale. He is passionate about blockchain and driving innovation. Eugene was VP of Engineering at Acronis where his contributions have led to the development of Acronis Active Protection and Acronis Notary. He also spearheaded the security research team at GeoEdge and headed the anti-malware team at a global cybersecurity company. Master’s degree in Computer Science from BMSTU and a CISSP certification.

With a background in Technology Consulting, Soo Keng joined CloudMile in 2020 as Customer Success Manager. He leads the Customer Success Team in Southeast Asia, and is responsible for enabling our customers to derive business value by leveraging on cloud solutions, AI and data analytics to meet their business objectives.

Jbulls Kim is an accomplished Enterprise Architect with a background in software, data architecture & technical architecture. Currently serving as the Enterprise Architecture Section Head in ONE, He leads a team of architects and drives strategic IT initiatives. He is also working in ONE Architecture Committee as a chair & contributing to the success of IT governance.

Kentaro Yuasa is the Data Driven Enterprise (DDE) Program Owner at Ocean Network Express, where he leads the establishment of a data lake, data warehouse, and data mart in GCP BigQuery, which is consumed by the Looker family of products.He is also the manager of the AI team to drive the implementation of AI projects and data-driven initiatives to expedite the digital transformation, enhance operational efficiency, and address key business challenges, with the goal of promoting data-driven decision-making across the organization by leveraging AI technologies. He is certified SAFe SPC to adopt Agile methodology in his initiatives.

Luis is an Executive Solutions Enterprise Architect with over 15 years of experience in managing technical and business teams across the globe to deliver strategic projects for high-profile clients across various industries including P&G, CEMEX, Verizon, Allianz and Hertz.

He has always been intrigued by the ability and use of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Cloud Solutions to transform the nature of businesses irrespective of the industry. Beginning his career as an IT Manager, he now takes his strong leadership skills and technical knowledge of cloud tech, blockchain and iOT to optimize processes for the Banking, Finance and Telecoms industries.

PavanKumar Emmadi is an Engineering Lead at Partior, a leading provider of blockchain technology solutions. He has over 10 years of experience in the software industry, and has worked on a variety of projects in the areas of security, distributed systems, and cloud computing. PavanKumar is passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems, and is excited to be working on Partior's mission to make blockchain technology more accessible and secure.

Swayam Narain is the co-founder and CTO of Affable AI, the leading Influencer Marketing SaaS Platform. With over a decade of experience in building AI enabled products, Swayam has been at the forefront of bringing cutting edge AI models to production. His expertise lies in the intersection of big data, machine learning, venture startups and building high output product organisations.

Wen Wen is a Lead Cloud Architect at Sea Group, one of Singapore's largest Internet companies across Gaming, eCommerce and Digital payment industries. She has over 10 years of experience in the cloud computing industry, and has held various technical and leadership positions at companies such as Hewlett-Packard, NCS, NUS, 1-Net . She is a certified cloud architect and has a strong track record of success in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions. She is passionate about helping businesses adopt cloud computing to improve their agility, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

Adrien started working in cryptocurrencies in 2015, starting with asset tokenization and smart contract development. He then worked 4 years for Infura and Metamask at ConsenSys as head of engineering. Before that, he worked in the US and China where he was CTO for a cybersecurity company. Adrien has over 10 years of experience in IT and holds a master's degree in Computer Science from ISAE SUPAERO, France.

Ashmita Kapoor is an App Modernization Specialist for Google Cloud helping SEA customers to realize and fast track their digital transformation journey. Talking about Kubernetes and containers is her passion and she comes with a decade of experience working with multiple customers across FSI, Airline, Telco and Retail on Serverless, P25S and F25S technologies.

Chandrika Kadirvel Mani is currently AI/ML Tech Practice lead for South East Asia at Google Cloud Singapore where she brings the AI/ML use case discovery & solutions, ML solution architecture, Vertex AI Platform and Gen AI consulting required to successfully implement a complete end to end machine learning solution using best practices on Google Cloud.

An avid data enthusiast and Responsible AI Evangelist, Chandrika enjoys developing data and ML products. She was awarded first prize in Singapore’s largest talent search Hackathon, DBS Hack2Hire in 2017.

Her past experience spans across various industries such as BFSI, Health care & Airlines industry with extensive experience in advanced analytics, data science and machine learning.

Chandrika completed her Master of Technology (MTech) at National University of Singapore, majoring in Enterprise Business Analytics. She received her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering at University of Madras.

Edward is a Customer Engineer specializing in Google Workspace. Ramneek Khurana is a technical hands-on leader with 16+ years of experience in the financial and consulting industries. He enjoys applying technology with a data driven eye to identify problems and build innovative solutions to improve customer experience. He believes in great ideas and stronger execution. Delivery is of paramount value to him and he has always focused on producing small, incremental and continuously improving experience for customers through engineering technical innovation. Saurabh is AI & Machine Learning Specialist Lead at Google Cloud and based in Singapore.

He has over 14 years experience in data analytics, strategy development, predictive modeling , optimization, data science and machine learning, deep learning and image based AI modeling such as Object detection, RNNs etc. At the latest, he has been a core member of an expert team that has been bringing LLM and generative models to the customer in the SEA Region.

Shash is a specialist in distributed computing technologies with a strong passion for securing data, infrastructure, and digital assets.

Shash has extensive global experience in the security domain and has dedicated the last few years to the Asia Pacific market working with organisations of various scales across the financial, high-tech, government, telecommunications, and education industries. He has helped organisations design and implement security strategies in protecting their infrastructure, network, applications and manage advanced persistent threats (APTs).

Currently, Shash is the Head of Security at Google Cloud for Singapore and Malaysia.

Shao-Horng is a certified Google Cloud Platform Cloud Architect, Data and Security Engineer with over 30 years of diversified experience in cloud services, virtualization, infrastructure, data analytics and software development.

He is passionate about helping customers migrate from private to public/hybrid cloud in the region. When he joined Google 7 years ago from Citrix and HP Enterprise, he significantly ramped up technical activities in Greater China Region to create awareness and transform customer organizations with data analytics and machine learning technologies. Currently, he is focussed on the Education sector in Singapore and providing his talent and expertise to accelerate their digital transformation journeys.
