Globale klimaendringer er utvilsomt en av de største utfordringene vi som mennesker noen gang har møtt. Siden grunnleggelsen av Google i 1998 har bærekraft vært en kjerneverdi for Google; ikke bare var vi det første store selskapet som ble CO2-nøytralt, allerede i 2007, men vi var også det første store selskapet som matchet vårt eget energiforbruk med 100% fornybar energi siden 2017. I dag har vi matchet alle CO2-utslippene Google har sluppet siden vi ble grunnlagt med fornybar energi, og i 2020 satte vi vårt mest ambisiøse mål noensinne - å kjøre 100% på fornybar energi i alle våre datasentre og kontorer over hele verden 24/7 og innen 2030.

Ved å samarbeide med Google kan du derfor lettere oppnå din bedrifts CO2-mål.

Vår kalkulator for bærekraft

Kalkulatoren vår er en rapport som utføres på grunnlag av data om IT-miljøet ditt. Disse dataene blir funnet gjennom et verktøy utviklet av Google som oppfyller alle Googles krav til kvalitet, sikkerhet og samsvar. Beregningen gir et relativt bilde av CO2-fotavtrykket fra din nåværende IT-virksomhet. Beregningen og rapporten utføres av en partner som er opplært av Google lokalt, og som generelt anses å være en av de beste innen feltet. Rapporten vil bl.a. fortelle om utslipp fra servere, lagring, nettverk. Basert på dette vil den endelige rapporten derfra gi anbefalinger om hvordan utslipp kan reduseres.

The Sustainability Assessment

Our Sustainability Assessment is a tool developed by local and trusted partners that runs according to Google’s certifications standards,in line with Google's security and compliance requirements. Our Sustainability Assessment allows you to accurately measure the environmental impact of your IT operations. Executed by our trained partner, the assessment estimates your CO2 emissions from your computer, storage and networking footprint, and results in a report detailing recommendations geared towards reducing your carbon footprint.
