The Google Fonts team has partnered up with Thomas Jockin to create a series of fonts that are aimed at improving reading speed. Check them out in Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides now!

Encourage K-3 students to start the school year with strong reading practice by joining the Rivet Back-To-School Reading Challenge. Rivet is a free app, with over 3,000 leveled books, that helps students practice reading with confidence by offering: real-time pronunciation feedback, definition support on tricky words, and time tracking to help them meet daily reading goals. Show the app in class and send kids home with this Reading Challenge flyer.
